Twilight reopening on ANZAC Day - 25 April

Wellington Zoo's nocturnal house, Te Ao Maahina, The Twilight, is closed for refurbishment.
 We are making exciting new changes to the Twilight, which will result in an improved environment for our native reptiles and birds, and enhance the viewing opportunities to our visitors. Visitors will still be able to meet Tahi the one legged kiwi, who will be accompanied by a guide in the Zoo's new Wild Theatre everyday at 1.15pm. The Twilight will reopen on Friday 25 April. Help us celebrate ANZAC Day by celebrating our native treasures. Zoo Crew members can attend a special early opening at 8.30am, otherwise other Zoo visitors can come and check it out when we open at 9.30. See you there.
