From Monday 3rd September, The Roost Te Pae Manu and our Sun Bears will be off display while we complete the final touches of our new Asia Precinct.  The Asia Precinct will open on Saturday 29 September, and we can't wait to show you the new home for our Sun Bears, as well as a new Tiger experience that means you will be up close with them like never before!  

While they are off display, we will have a great new Penguin Talk at 2.30pm.  Our newest exhibit, Green Zoo Green You, will be opened on 16 September, and we'll have our new Green Zoo talk at 2.45pm. You can check out our full talk schedule here.

Cafe Mojo at the Zoo is also getting a new look this week - but coffee lovers need not fear!  While the main cafe will be closed, you can still get your caffeine fix when you visit the Zoo, as the Mojo coffee cart will be in action opposite the front desk while changes are under way. Our Cafe Pygmy Marmoset Exhibit will be closed off during the refurbishment to eliminate disturbances to their home. The new look cafe will be open again from Monday 10 September, and you can join our Pygmy Marmosets as they check out the new surroundings
